With easy access to South of Market and the Financial District, this San Francisco office space is in one of the city’s most desirable locations. Occupying seven floors of a 27-story glass high-rise, this towering coworking space has unparalleled views of the bay. The common spaces are flooded with natural light, and most conference rooms overlook the downtown skyline.

WeWork Transbay is filled with amenities, including a meditation room, locker rooms, and bike storage. Many companies drawn to this San Francisco coworking space are in the tech sector, especially healthcare. There are also law firms, media companies, and nonprofit organizations, along with divisions of major corporations. An onsite teller from Bank of America can assist you in setting up any type of account your company might need.

The Montgomery Street BART station is nearby, and a 15-minute walk away is a Caltrain stop. If you’re driving, there’s parking in the building and many other lots in the surrounding streets. This is my home away from home when working in SF. Ernie and Ryan take amazing care of us every time we are in the office for team meetings, interviews, and day to day business. They always welcome me with a smile and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and productive. Highly recommend this location and this team in particular!

Of all the WeWorks in the area, this is my favorite! While visiting SF I loved working out of different locations for the incredible views and seamless transition, but it was the energy of this location that kept me coming back. From the kind security staff welcoming me with a generous smile to being greeted with the most warm faces at the desk (special shout to the incredible customer team at the desk) and the extra touch to get acclimated. Becca curated such fun and yummy events that allowed me to meet other folks and create a true sense of community. The manager, Manny, was also incredibly hospitable and welcoming. It’s wonderful to see the details to craft a certain culture to make your workday better. Thank you!

Ryan, Sam, Becca, Stephanie, and the entire WeWork team at 535 Mission Street location are THE BEST. I had never worked full-time out of a coworking space before and would not want to work in another office building now! They are always so pleasant, helpful, and provide a true community and fun coworking environment. It is truly so nice to see them on a daily basis and I cannot say enough nice things! Feel lucky to be here.

Love working at this WeWork! The space is open and bright, with lots of natural light. The Community Team is always so welcoming and friendly. There's a lot of perfect nook areas to take your coffee, check out the great views, and settle in to focus. Thanks to this team for creating a really nice atmosphere for visitors and members.

I can't speak highly enough about the WeWork Team managing 535 Mission Street! Sam, Ryan, Becca, and Joss do an excellent job maintaining a vibrant community and managing the day-to-day operations of an incredibly busy office in the heart of downtown SF! Highly recommend!

This is one of the best WeWork locations in my opinion! The space itself is great; bright, clean and everything is exactly as you expect and more. I never had any issues with the WiFi and I find it fast and reliable. I also love the fact that they do community events where you get to meet other members and engage with the staff and enjoy food and drinks! But most importantly, the community team is awesome! They are friendly and very helpful. I think this is the factor that separates this WeWork from the others. If you are visiting from out of town and looking for a WeWork, this location is conveniently located, very close to BART, the Ferry Building, Union Square and the Financial District.

Don't often write reviews, but had such a great experience at this WeWork - so much so that I realize I'd forgotten how great co-working can be during covid! Met with two co-workers at the entrance, had a few super productive meetings, then enjoyed the clean workspace area (even met some cool people over coffee!) and headed out without any friction anywhere. Was so productive we've now signed up for a WeWork membership as a company and will be coming back every week. Thank you Becca & Sanat for making us feel so welcome, onboarding us, and showing us around so well! Strongly recommended!!

Great place to work. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of good snacks/activities throughout the week, and a nice environment. Cold brew coffee on tap is also an amazing plus!
