I'm an American living in Porto Alegre. We tried out one day of the membership here and it was amazing! They have a cafe on the first floor with yummy food and they have free coffee in the coworking area. They give you a card when you first arrive to scan into the doors. You can sit anywhere in the coworking area, which has 2 floors. There is a kitchen and a snack bar. The snacks can be purchased using an app with card or pix. They have a large selection of frozen meals and drinks, as well. The fridge has milk for coffee and there is sugar, as well. I found the atmosphere good for working. If you get uncomfortable, you can sit on the couch, as there are many. Some people were too loud in the common areas, but that is mostly about a lack of respect for others. I like that people can meet and talk but some people are quiet workers and need to be able to read. I am an editor, so I found it hard to focus when people were yelling and laughing at their lunch hour. Otherwise, I enjoyed it a lot. I may get a private membership in the future.
